S has decided that baby food is for babies and she wants no part of it... problem is, I'm not sure what all she can eat. Any advice on how to ease into the "people food" transition is greatly appreciated!
DS refused purees for awhile so we jumped right into finger foods. He's had steamed or roasted veggies (brocolli, sweet potatoes, squash, peas, green beans, asparagus, carrots), soft fruits (peaches, bananas, pears), avocado, shredded chicken, pasta (and with the pasta we often mix in some baby food), garlic naan, waffles, pancakes, and last night he had butternut squash risotto. He loved the risotto.
