  I use a cloth diaper prefold to catch the extra.  If we are side lying, I lay it under us.

  Practice.  All my shirts, nightgowns, bedsheets, boppy, blankets, etc. had breast milk on them every feeding for the first 3 months.

  Stay at home mom to a house of boys: two amazing stepsons, 12 and 9, and our 4 year old.

  This!  In the beginning, I always tucked a folded receiving blanket in my nursing tank under my boob to catch the runoff.   I still sometimes have milk on my shirt but not nearly as much as in the early days.

  Thanks! I have been using a cloth diaper to help catch extra but need perfect where it goes.
