"So when are you having another one?"

This week alone, I was asked that five times. Yes, FIVE.

Once by a coworker, once by my mother, once by my MIL, once by my neighbor, and once by a friend.?

My reply "When we feel like it."

That was not the reply they wanted (I could see by the look they gave me), but that's what they get to hear for now. Sorry.

    Yes. I was asked at least half a dozen times at DS's first birthday party. It's really rude and annoying.

    At least once a day.  Seriously.  I don't know if its because she was/is a year old and I guess that is when everyone decides to have another one?

    I just respond with 'someday' and leave it at that.  Honestly, we will have another one when my H decides to recarpet the basement but my RL people don't need all of that detail. LOL

    My family asks us at least once a day!  We are waiting so when we go to Hawaii next summer I won't be chasing a toddler with an infant, so I will either be pregnant there or shortly after.  They don't think it is a good enough reason so they hope that by asking me over and over again it will make me want one sooner!

    Yes.  It really pisses me off.  First of all, like i woudl tell them the exact date and second of all, let me enjoy my freaking baby before I get pressured to add another to the family.

    Ugh. I hate it.  The most annoying thing to me, though, is when people ask "When are you going to give Leah a baby brother?"  Um, really?  It's not your business and what makes you think it's going to be a boy?  ARGH!

    Yes.  My responses are "when you have your first one" (for all of our friends that don't have kids) and "ask me again next August" (since I will want to have my leave over the summer again.

    I get this too except "When will Quentin get a little sister?" First of all, it's none of your business. Secondly, what if he has a baby brother? Third, we aren't even thinking about trying until next September, so they have a while (even though they don't know that).??

    Almost every day. Family, neighbors, co-workers...

     Even my family who know we are waiting until next Septemeber. It's annoying!

    Funny, no one in my family must want me to have another.  Not one family member except my sisters have asked.  I figured we would get questioned all the time by my MIL, but not yet.  People at work ask me weekly. 

    Now that I am IUD free and we are planning on really trying in Dec/Jan, I just tell people, I'll let you know when it happens.

    I have TWINS and I'm still asked this regularly, in fact just this week by my MIL.  Are these people for real?!
