1 month onesie/sticker/patches?

I know this has been asked before (and I think recently but can't find it)...where does everyone get the onesies with the 1 month old, 2 months, etc. or are they stickers/patches that are placed on onesies?  I think they are cute, but do not know where to look? TIA
