  I've noticed this, too.  I have no idea what it is, but I have my next appointment tomorrow so I was planning on asking then.

  Sometimes when I get up quick from laying down my belly will make a gurgling kind of noise. I think it's the baby being shifted as I chang positions and the noise of the amniotic fluid- but that's just my guess..

  I can be sitting on the couch and my tummy starts making noises!  then my dog looks at me funny!

  I've been getting these, too, like at the top of my uterus. I think it's the shifting of the amniotic fluid in there ... but really, I have no idea.

  I dont get many noises , but Ive felt bubbles and cant figure out how there could be bubbles in there LOL
