I made a batch about 2 months ago (I couldn't wait for fall)...I just washed out the roaster pan to make more either tomorrow or next week!
I know its able to be made in the microwave now too but I just can't imagine it tasting as good....

NOT in the microwave though, I agree that there is just no way it could come out as good...and it sure is good! I have already eaten handful after handful...
