  My clinic calls within 24 hours with any lab results that need further visits, etc. otherwise they send a letter. So for me if I hadn't heard yesterday I'd be checking the mail.

  i found out the next day -but i think they get back to you sooner if you failed -so this might be a very good sign (especially since my doc told me she'll get back to me within a week)
