Do you consider yourself healthy aside from any reproductive issues?
Me. Yes. I run about 70 miles a week and lift 4-6 times a week. Plus I take a 2x week bodypump class.
I eat healthy for the most part although I have a huge weakness for sweets. I also drink regularly but probably only in "excess" 2 or 3x a month.
My body fat percentage is on the underweight side, but not so much so that anyone is concerned.
ETA: Since others are dropping weight info. I'm 5'5" and about 110-115 lbs depending on the day.
Re: s/o baby ready body post
nope. see turkey ticker below.
I'm trying to commit to exercise, but it's tough with 3 jobs. So I'm starting with really working on my eating habits, and hopefully that will start me on my way with my turkey day challenge.
I mean, I'm sure I would be ok if it happened now, but I'd like to be more healthful as a precursor.

No. But I used to be. Funny thing is, I thought I was fat THEN. Boy, if I only knew.
I am 5'7" and 185 lbs, which puts me smack into a size 12. I am NOT complaining, by any means, because I have never been small (except for a stretch in college when I was a 4). I am most comfortable, and so is my BMI, when I'm in an 8 or a 10. I have needed to lose 25-35 lbs for about a year now, and while I am working out, nothing is happening.
I work out maybe 3 times a week. I do not eat incredibly healthy, but I try.
Pre pregnancy - Yes, but I could do better. I ran regularly, 30-40 miles a week. I was going to start integrating lifting, but then got pregnant. I could definitely eat more vegetables, but overall my diet is pretty balanced.
Now, I try and walk 30m a day 5 days a week, but that doesn't always happen. My diet is pretty balanced, with the occassional indulgence here and there. But I really don't eat very many sweets, candy, etc.
I wanted to run throughout my pregnancy, but had some spotting issues/sub chorionic hematoma (sp?) early on and was put on pelvic rest/no exercise for a few weeks. And I lost my motivation. I miss running so much now though, I can't wait to get started again after baby.
ETA: I'm 5'8" and my BMI pre pregnancy was in the normal range. I have the occassional glass of wine, but only drank in excess maybe 3-4 times per year.
I'm pretty small both height and weight and have always been, but I am very active. I run about 3-4 times a week for roughly an hour and do yoga the other 4 days a week. I also strength train regularly.
Food wise, I never say no to anything as I am a HUGE foodie. (Daughter of a chef, it's in my DNA). I do however limit how much red meat I eat and I always have salad/veggies with my meals. Luckily I don't have much of a sweet tooth, so that helps too.
My vices are cheese and wine and I never say no to them. Life's too short.

Overall, I am averagely healthy. I could use to exercise more and drink more water, but my weight is normal (albeit the high side of normal). By diet isn't awful, but could be better. I don't smoke or drink excessively.

I was in the process of trying to lose about 15-20lbs before getting pregnant... I had lost about 8lbs and got pregnancy.
I had been working out 4-5 day a week and eating ok...lots of veggies and salads.
Normally I gain wt way too easily but I'm surpised that I haven't really worked out in about 6 or 7 weeks and have only gained about 4lbs back.
I suspect I will gain more in the upcoming weeks. I hope to start walking regularly and maybe lifting wts soon.
While on the bcp I was able to maintain a healthier weight. Since coming off the pill (before getting pregnant) it didn't matter how much I exercised or what I ate. I gained weight. Since coming off the pill I've gained about 20lbs thanks to my lovely PCOS.
Before I got pregnant, after being diagnosed with the PCOS, I was put on met which helps regulate the insulin resistance. Eating healthy and exercising while on the met I'm able to lose weight.
I need to exercise now to get my body as healthy as possible before I become pregnant again. Strengthening my core, which currently is mush, will help me carry to full term (assuming preterm labor doesn't kick in again.. that biitch) and help lower my chances of uterine rupture.
My focus now is not losing weight, although I am looking forward to that. But to get back into shape so that once I get pregnant again, I will be as healthy as possible for myself and the baby.
I think I answered the question :-)
Yes. Pre pregnancy I worked out 5 days a week lifting 2-3x a week and doing some sort of cardio (swimming, running or elliptical) everyday for 45 minutes. Now I do 30 min of cardio a day and try to get some sort of weights in at least once a week. And now that it is cooler we try to get out for a 30 or so minute walk in the evenings.
I eat fairly healthy, although I don't get enough fruits or veggies regularly. I only like a few of each so when they are in season I get enough but otherwise it is hit or miss. Sweets are definitely my weakness though, I love baking and eating whatever it is I baked!
I don't drink any coke (soda) at all, no coffee either. Basically water and milk. And as far as alcoholic drinks, I had a drink maybe once every 2 months, usually when we went out.
Skinny? No. Healthy? I think so!
I run about 10 miles a week, it's nothing compared to your 70, but I think it's pretty darn good!
I try to eat somewhat healthy, but I'm not a health nut by any means.

Nope. I hate working out. The older I get, the fatter I seem to get.
While I'll never get back to a size 4 I do want to get back to a size 8. All of my cute clothes are 8's. Right now I'm 5'8 195 and a size 14. I would like to lose 45 pounds but my goal is to get 20 off before we TTC again.
I try to eat healthy, bring healthy food to work, watch alcohol consumption and work out. I usually succeed at at least one of those things every day. I need to get them ALL in sync.
I'm over weight... (5'7'' ~185). I'm anemic and have asthma but generally I'm pretty healthy. I get sick easily, but recover really fast.
I do walk a lot, I dont like to drive so DH and I walk everywhere we can. I also don't eat much junkfood and cook a lot, so I guess over all I'm pretty healthy?
I am your size Preppy, but I know I'm not as healthy as I could be. DH and I both need to eat better. Eating out is our one bad habit, we don't always make good choices there.
I walk tons working, but I do need to exercise more too. We used to play tennis (badly, lol) together and need to get back into it.
