I am a little overwhelmed with selections, prices, etc. I don't want to spend a ton of money, but I also want something that is good quality. Any rec's will be appreciated! Thanks!
I got my SkipHop Diaper Duo at TJ Maxx for $12. It's AWESOME! It's big enough for everything an infant needs, but also toys and extra clothes for my toddler. :-)
We weren't crazy about our original one and I was in a baby shop the other that was closing and had this Ergo diaper bag discounted to only $10!! Love it! It's like kind of like a laptop or carryon bag.

I got a Fleurville Lexi Tote from mamabargins.com for 68.00!! Love that bag!

I have a Kalencom messenger bag and a PPB boxy backpack thing. I use the messenger bag b/c I can't stand the velcro on the PPB. It's super strong and there's no way I can open it one handed. It's also very loud. I tell DH all the time that if we could invent silent velcro we'd be millionaires but I digress...
Kalencom is a nice bag. Retail is usually around $70 but I've seen them at Marshall's and even Tuesday Morning for significantly less. For that matter I've seen PPB for cheap at Marshall's too. Good luck!

I bought a jj Cole bag after spending tons of time researching and trying out different bags and now it is hanging on the back of a door collecting dust. I use a Vera Bradley totebag I've had forever instead and it is close to perfect for me. I wish it wasn't fabric/cotten as it does get dirty but it's easily washable. I would honestly recommend waiting until the baby arrives and using something you have so you can find out what/how you will use it. I like to keep what I need in clear plastic bags (the packaging that a lot of baby stuff comes in has zippers and is great for this) so I didn't need lots of compartments in a bag. I use the pockets in my tote for my personal items if I don't use a purse.

I have this one and absolutely LOVE it. I found it on MamaBargains (or BabySteals? Can't remember...) for a lot cheaper, though. But I don't have a single complaint about it. I especially love the outer "sling" pocket. They talk about putting a newspaper in it, but I use it to tote my sling/wrap around. It's so handy.
I also have a PPB Cake bag (different color) that I bought before having DS. I love how it looks but it was completely non-functional. Once I get around to it I'm selling it. I'm just thankful I got it on Ebay ($80) instead of paying full price ($325). It just doesn't work as a diaper bag.
