in 1st Trimester

For the 2nd or 3rd (or 4th or 5th) time Mommas... who has breastfed with implants? Were your implants over or under the muscle?

    I don't have them, but I have a friend who bf'ed for 3 months with them.  GL!

    I have implants under the muscle. I breastfed dd with no issues at all for 15-1/2 months! I can tell you that after breastfeeding, they are definitely different... very... real. Aka, I feel like I need a strapless bra under dresses now to lift just as with real tatas. I am guessing that once I am done having kids, I will probably need some work to get them back into shape.

     Oh, and I have at least 5 friends with implants who all breastfed successfully. haha, I guess I know a lot of people with implants! That's what living in so. cal does to you! :-)

    do they look "bad" after breastfeeding?  not that it really matters, i was just curious... up untill my pregnancy my implants were the coolest thing in my body - LOL, i'm kidding.  I'm just really curious as to what they look like.  Mine are under the muscle too.

    I have them and they are under the muscle.  I bf for 3 months and then lost my supply, not sure if the implants had anything to do with that or not.  Hopefully not I am going to try again this time and hope for longer success!!  Everyone says that if they are under it shoulnt bother your supply but who knows.

    the dr. told me that with them you can still bf just fine. you just may want to have them touched up after your done having kids because they may sag like with real ones. Unfortunately I cant bf at all, I hope there is some freak chance that I may be able to if even just for a little while.

    No, they don't look bad. They just look like real boobs that have sagged a little... not to a gross extent. My friends that breastfed for as long as I did with real boobs, ended up with saggy pancakes (they deflated a ton). So with me, I definitely don't feel deflated obviously, but they just look better with support now!

    This is exactly why I'm planning to get mine done after I finish having kids!! I've always wanted them, being a barely-A cup, but was scared that it would affect my ability to BF. I guess I should've looked more into it, but at this point I think I'll just wait until I'm done having babies!

    Canesbaby-- you were smart to wait. Yes, you can most likely breastfeed but there is a chance that you won't be able to. I am happy I got mine done and was lucky that I was able to... but I always think about how much I would have hated myself if I wasn't able to and I didn't know if the implants were to blame. As you can tell by me breastfeeding for 15-1/2 months, I felt the importance of what it gave to my daughter was huge, and it would have torn me apart if I wasn't able to provide that to her for a reason like wanting bigger/fuller knockers. Plus (because I am guessing there might be a lot of people reading this and not posting), in my case, I got quite a bit of stretchmarks on my boobs as they grew from my c cup prepregnancy to a DD! And I honestly think I got the stretch marks because I already stretched my skin from a small B to a full C with the augmentation. Just something to think about!

    A girl I work with did and hers rippled but not really bad. I have the other end. I had a reduction but I'm not sure what they left behind!!!
