IN Knot Board (and WR ??)

So I know people have mentioned that the old knot board is dead, but I had NO idea how lame it is now!

Anyway, does anyone have any day-of coordinator rec's? It's last minute, but I think my sister needs some serious help - her wedding is next week and she just told me her fianc? is planning on setting up all 100 chairs at 3:00 for their 4:30 ceremony. That's just the tip of the iceberg...
