Has anyone used this?  What can I use for my cramping in the meantime..they are pretty bad...Crying

    I don't know if mirarax will help with cramping.  From what I understand it's used to help easy constipation.  I used it for most of my first pregancy on a daily basis and it was worth using....  I mixed a scoop in a glass of water and gulped it down in the am.
