2nd time GDer?

If you had GD with your first pregnancy, when did they test you in your second pregnancy? I had GD with my DD, and now the Dr. wants to test me between 14-16 weeks. This sounds a little late to me. Thanks!

    I asked this at my annual appt last week - they will test me at my first pregnancy appointment (around 8 weeks).  If I pass, I will be tested again around 26 weeks.

    I didn't test until 24 weeks. My doctor told me to follow my GD diet prior to the GTT because it is a healthy diet for any pregnant women to follow. He also said GD doesn't always show up until later in the pregnancy (after 20 wks).

    I had GD with both my pregnancies.

    They tested me at 8 weeks, was diagnosed with my 1 hour only.
