thanks girls and sorry for the dumb ?

Thanks so much to all of you who responded to my post below.  I guess it was a dumb question but I just wanted to be sure.  Someone had posted a similar question on the "infertility" board today and I just didnt want to offend anyone. 
I really enjoyed reading everyones BFPs and looking at everyones tickers when I was trying.  It did give me hope too.
