  I would pronounce those names differently.

  I assume you want it said like Brenna so def'n go with that spelling.

  If you want it pronounced Bre-na, then I would spell it Breena, which is also Irish (and a name I really like but DH vetoed). Unless you were thinking Bryn-a, which then nevermind the Breena suggestion

  My cousin has a daughter named Brenna. She is 8 yrs old and I had never heard of it before she named her that. She constantly is called Brenda by strangers. Just an FYI. I don't like Brynna.
