Running/Crying from toys?

Maya has played with these toys before, a month or so ago.  Now, I pull out some of the toys and she runs screaming to the stairs.

All of these toys move and make noise.  I do get the common thread.  My question is other LO's do this?  Is this normal?

    DS's is terrified of the Billy Bass singing fish my mom bought at a yardsale. She thought he would like it. Not so much. She pulls it out and he immediately starts to cry.

    It's actually kinda funny cause even if he walks but it, he'll start to cry even if it's not singing, lol.

    My LO is like this with a rocking horse he has. It makes noise and moves it's head when you push his ears. He will literally go running from the room crying if he hears it. He walks WAY around it too. It is pretty funny but I am hoping he overcomes this fear on his own. He has with some of the other noise making toys he was weary of.
