Can I take 2 doses at once?

...of the More Milk Plus tincture? or does it really work best to space it out in the day? Since you can't drink liquid within 20 min on either side of the dose, I'm having a hard time getting in enough water AND spacing out the MMP dosages.

    Most herbals are metabolized so quickly that it's best to space them out. Not sure if that applies to MMP or not. Apparently I never read the stuff that came with it because I had no idea about the "no liquid" thingamajig...

    Ditto.  Perhaps that's why it never really worked for me?

    I think for about a week I actually drank MMP instead of water--it is fine to take mroe....

    On the bottle I have it says you can take 2 pills, 3 times a day if you weigh over 175.  No clue what you weigh and I don't weight that much, but I've taken that bigger dose before and it's fine.

    *I think 1 pill = one dropper dose.  I think.

    MrsRosie is right, I take a triple dose four times a day (or more). That's triple dose for my weight, and you've seen me. What's on the bottle is not enough for me but the high dose does the trick. I also dis drink water after, and even dilute it with a little then take an emergenC chaser for the taste.
