Infertility

Who's had success at Main Line Fertility?

I just wanted to see who's had success going through treatment at Main Line Fertility in Bryn Mawr, PA.  I've been seeing Dr. Glassner and associates for the past year and will be using him when we start IVF with DE.

Any feedback is welcome.  Thank you!

  • I have not had any success yet - but I just wanted to tell you that I too go to Main Line Fertility and see Dr. Glassner - I have done 4 IUI's with him and he also did my Lap Surgery - I am starting IVF # 1 with him now and I think he is great.  Best of luck to you.

  • No success here yet but I also see Dr. Glassner. I have been going to him since Dec 08 and I love him. Anyone I talk to raves about him... from my acupuncturist to my obgyn to other women in the area who had to seek IF treatments.  I think you are in great hands, good luck!!!!
  • I haven't had success yet but I just started seeing Dr. Orris this summer.  I like him so far even though I can't seem to get the egg to drop this cycle.

    Good luck!!!!

  • I haven't had success yet, but I see him, and DH and I both love him.  He is great, and his nurses are (for the most part) awesome.
  • I also see Dr Glassner & I know he is very highly respected in the field. My DH & I really like him because he is very blunt & def. uses humor to relax you.

the nurses have told me all the Dr's are experts technically  & they would trust any of them its just personality differences.

I love the nurses & nurse practitioners. they are very patient & knowledgeable.

    Good Luck!!!

  • So far, I have had success!  I'm almost 11 weeks with twins after my first IVF with Dr. Glassner, and I also have one friend who is 17 weeks pregnant from her first IVF with Dr. Glassner.  I have been very happy with my treatment at Main Line Fertility.  Other than one ultrasound tech on the non-IVF side, I find all the staff incredibly sweet and understanding, and think Dr. Glassner is very funny, and knows his stuff.  I have not had him be wrong about anything yet... and if he tells you something won't work (I had an injectible cycle he called a "bust" before O) it probably won't.

I just graduated today and I am going to miss him, and the rest of the staff, a lot!  Good luck with your cycle.
