tylenol before 12 mo shots?

Did you give LO tylenol to ease discomfort before shots? If so, how much does LO weigh, what dosage did you give (of infant drops), and how long before shots? Do you think it helped? Thanks.

    I always give tylenol before shots.  I do believe that it helps.  I give it about 1 hour before and I would ask your pedi how much.

    I didn't.  I don't like to give medication for every little thing.  My DD does fine with shots...cries right away but I think it's more because she's scared than anything.  As soon as they're done, she's done crying.  But all kids react differently so shots might be a big deal to some.  My DD has never reacted.
