baby is the size of a lime

in 1st Trimester

i read that yesterday and my immediate thought was, "hmmm.. id like to squeeze it into a little vodka drink".

 jesus. whats wrong with me? :)

 only 7 or 8 more months.... oh no! forgot to factor in BF! thats it.. im not thinking about it. grey goose, please leave my brain!

    haha you are just like me! it is my favorite time of year for october beers and i cant have any! i see oktoberfest, hotober beer, and wheat ale and it is driving me nuts they are all my favs and i cant have one!

    I've stopped going out to dinner because it's only right to have a glass of wine (or 3) with a good steak or nachos or wings or a salad or FOOD!!  But YAY for baby growth!!

    I'm not much of a drinker at all, so i've been doing great with no alcohol, however... last weekend my inlaws had friends up at the cottage and were making mimosas with breakfast which are my favorite and that hurt a little

     I agree..Even though I haven't had alcohol since we found out I still feel like I wake up with a hangover! lol I don't miss it except for that rare occasion I'd like a nice glass of wine with my meal or I see an Octoberfest sign...The DH has stopped drinking as much as possible but still has a beer now and then which I think is super sweet cause he doesn't have too just to make me feel better! lol

    I was never THAT much of a drinker, I mean, I may have a drink or 3 once a week, but now that I can't, I feel like I want to drink more often.  It seems we're getting invited to everyone's birthday celebration, wedding, etc. DH says he'll support the no drinking, by not drinking, but some situations call for him to take a swig every now and again(Happy Hour @ work, Weddings, and final farewells to co-workers) which I dont mind, b/c sometimes it looks weird with both of us NOT drinking.

    All in all. I dont have a lime yet, but I'd love to drop my olive into a dirty martini.
