    I'll need at least eight, please.  Seeing as how it took a (presumably) trained anesthesiologist six attempts to get my spinal in last time, I presume it'll take a newb at least a couple of extra tries.

    The very important piece of information missing is the medication to run in the epidural.  Epidural with no meds will do you no good =)
