OK, this is what you get since I am home all day... a blow by blow of my life.  

Warning:  might be TMI...

I just threw up in my mouth.  Seriously... I have never done that in all my life!  I was bending over and it started my stupid acid reflux up.  I have been on medication for a few years and even though it's safe to take, I don't always take it now because of the pregnancy.  I usually just take pepcid or tums to keep it manageable.  

Anyhoo... started coughing ridiculously hard and... well, you know.  

Hope that's that.  I really don't need for this to become a regular thing now.

    You're not alone. Between the gaggng thing and the heartburn, I, too, have been down this road on more than one recent occasion. : )

    Oh man I think I can relate... about a week ago I was taking a nap,(my acid reflux must of kicked in while napping) and I woke up to throw-up coming up my throat into my mouth. Scared the crap out of me :-( Hasn't happened since (knock on wood).
