Tylenol simply sleep?

I know tylenol pm is ok, what about simply sleep? Thats what we have in the house and I only got about 3 hrs of sleep last night due to heartburn, not being comfortable, and an annoying cold...

    Tylenol PM contains Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg so as long as Tylenol simply sleep doesn't have a different active ingredient you should be fine.

    To be honest I try to stay away from most medication, maybe check with your doctor for a safe sleep medication.

    Simply Sleep is basically Tylenol PM without the acetaminophen. The only active ingredient is diphenhydramine (Benadryl).

    So yes, perfectly safe. :)
