Just about to put a sleeping Gavin down then watch some TV.
I went to college on a vocal music scholarship by accident pretty much I was in a touring group yet I had pretty bad stage fright when I started.

When I was little everyone called me " Cha-Cha " which meant " little sister " in our language
I also have one cousin related to me on both sides of the family, 1st cousin on my Mom's side, and 2nd cousin on my Dad's side ! And it isn't incest

Checking in, half watching Big Bang Theory, half wishing it was the new Ken Burns National Park series AND really wishing that my TiVO still worked
My brother is 22 years younger than me and I took care of him a few days a week for the first 8 years of his life. I wish I could have done it longer (we moved to Santa Cruz...commute to Oakland would have been too much). But I am so- thankful for the time we had together, he is awesome! Oh, and now Fudgie looks like him! Its weird...in a neat way

1 thing we might not know about you? I was a spelling bee finalist for our county when I was young. I was excited but humiliated at how I did at the state championships so I rigged every contest since then so I didn't have to go thru it again.

You may not know that I used to be a newspaper delivery girl when I was in 6th grade and I would often roller skate my route in Richmond, CA to do my deliveries at 5am. (Not prolly safe to do now).

DH and I own over 600 DVDs (mostly his), and between he and I, we know every single line from every single one.

What are you doing? Nesting, eating some toast, getting ready to go to my 1 hour glucose

I am the handy one around the house and I know how to do 80% of the fix-it projects in our home (I don't do plumbing, that's it) but let DH do them so he can learn how (and my dad teaches him because I tend to just take over). I actually usually leave the house when they do projects because otherwise I will hover. Right now we have to run a new electrical line for a ceiling fan and it is killing me to not just to it myself...
