Does anyone here take their LO to Gymboree?  Charlize and I just started the Level 1 class today at Bridgeport.  It was a blast.  Just curious if you do and when do you go?  Which location?

    not yet obviously, still got the inside baby thing goin' on.  I'm planning on giving it a shot though.  I'll prob go to the bridgeport one, but there might be one by St V's that would be closer so we'll see!  I can never turn down an excuse to stop by Anthropologie so I think I'll make the trek to BPV.

    What did you and baby actually "do"? I think it woul be lots of fun once she starts walking, or even crawling, but I didn't see the allure for little babies.

    They do constant songs with LO.  All the songs involve trying to teach them tracking, textures, and basically getting to know themselves.  They also try to get them to enjoy tummy time more (which Charlize really needs).  I was really surpised at how much Charlize reacted to seeing other babies.  She LOVED it.   She was in a class full of boys and she talked through the whole thing, typical girl. LOL I also liked the interaction with the moms.  Being a SAHM in the middle of nowhere, it's nice to get out and meet some new moms.  The level 1 class is from 0-6 months.  It also helps to get them familiar with new places and very stimulating things.  The teacher we had, Jenny...was AWESOME.  You can get a free one time pass or if you went to the Clique Baby event they had 2 week passes that you could use. It's over an hour drive for us and we will most def be taking Charlie there a few days a week.

    DD has taken classes at the Bridgeport Gymboree and we really liked it.  We have gone Levels 1 - 4 with her.  I am a SAHM and DD is a little shy, so it was great for her to get more exposure to other kids and activities.  Leslie (one of the owners) is awesome and was by far my favorite teacher, so look for her sessions for future classes too.

    I was there on Friday!  My little boy is Mason. Charlie is such a cutie little girl.  I'm a SAHM too and take Mason there about 3x per week and he loves it.

    Aw thanks!  Were you sitting next to Corey?  I don't think I caught your name.  I think we'll be going a lot more often. It's quite the drive, but I think it's worth it for her!

    Sounds like you guys had a great time!!  DD goes to daycare and loves playing with the other kids, but if I was a sahm I think I would totally go to this!

    I dont know if her name is Corey.  She has the boy Charlie though.  My name is Sara and my little one is Mason.  gymboree is so fun and I'm so happy I've taken him there.  I think it does a lot for their development, plus it's fun for the moms!  We'll see you friday if you guys are there!
