Pregnancy Brain stikes...its okay to laugh.

So it's dinner time for my furbaby. I walked into our mudroom and there are two identical doors. One is for the half bathroom, the other is for the basement. Her food is stored on the landing down to the basement. I open the door and can't find her food. I'm about ready to call DH to see where he moved her food because he feeds her in the morning and for the life of me couldnt figure out where he might of put it.

So I tell Gracie (my furbaby) that I need to call DH to find her food. She starts whinning and scratching at the door (she has never scratched at anything before). It was at that point I was looking in the half bath for her food.

You know how dogs will tilt their heads to the side if they hear something they don't know what it is? Yep, got the side eye from my dog!

    At least you remember to feed yours ;)  I can't remember the last time I remembered to give my pup dinner.. poor boy :(

    My pugs give a great side eye...wouldn't it be great to know what they're thinking? The pregnancy brain just progesses into mommy brain - it's a vicious cycle!

    I was laughing at myself once I had it figured out. I try not to take myself too seriously. I drove DH's car to the grocery store on Saturday and walked passed it because it wasn't "my" car. I spent 5 minutes looking for the car too.

    Well I am screwed then. LOL I had a bad memory to begin with and have plenty of pg brain stories I can't remember, unless they involve my car.... and if it just continues into mommy brain. well CRAP. LOL
