Help me name my birthday present!
My birthday is on Thursday and I decided to go buy myself a present. 
This isn't the best picture of him but I can't find my USB cord for my camera so you all will have to live with a picture from my phone.
He is 7 years old and the sweetest cat ever.

I still love Kitteh. Of course I am the kinda girl that renames animals from their original names.
My dog is "my dad and my dog." I'm Momma, he's Daddy and my mom doesn't want the dog anywhere near her. I bought the dog in 2002 right before I moved and left him with my dad.
My dad named him Chico.
I renamed him NeNe. If you say both- he answers to NeNe and my dad called his Chico exclusively for 3 years.
When we got our cat, he was 7 and his name was Devin. He knows his name, he answers to it. We renamed him Fatty and not he answers to that. Ask my vet his name and she'll say Devin.
It's just how I roll.
Stephanie and Lucas helped me pick him out
And the first thing he did was jump on the counter and eat the butter since I hadn't cat proofed the counters yet..lol.
Butter is light colored. I'd go with Brown Butter.
Ugh, now I want butter. Damn you Stephanie.

I'm a bad cat namer. My older cat's name is Scamps, which turned into kitty, then to big kitty. The second cat, is Cyrano, which turned into little kitty and now Booger. Do not listen to me.
Aww! This just makes me miss Dirt more.

He reminds me of one of my favorite cats of all time, Mickey. I volunteer at a cat shelter and we have all sorts of fun (and sometimes funny) names. Some ideas from our current residents...

My roomate and I had a cat we found in the woods by a bike path. She was really small so we named her Teenie Weenie.
We also had a big orange cat named Conan.
