Our baby is here :)
Tyler Anthony arrived last Monday, September 21. We did not know until delivery whether we were having a boy or girl, so it was a magical moment in the delivery room when my doctor announced, "It's a boy!" I immediately started to cry.
He was a WHOPPING 10 pounds, 1 ounce and 21.5 inches long. Very healthy, beautiful baby and we could not be happier or feel more blessed. This 43-year old mama is so thankful for a healthy son to join his big brother.
I had an uncomplicated scheduled c-section and my recovery is going well. Tyler is a very laid-back, low maintenance baby. He caught on to nursing right away and is even a good sleeper (so far, knock on wood!)!
I have to try to catch up on what's been happening here, I've been out of the loop since last weekend. Hope everyone is doing well! Here are a couple pics of my big boy:
