For the ladies that pushed a long time

How did you do it? Seriously?

I was out of energy after about three contractions worth of pushing.

You gals must be really strong.

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

    I pushed for 3.5 hours and I STILL dont know how I did it! although looking back though it seemed to go so fast...

    I pushed for an hour and a half which really isn't that long compared with a lot of mamas but it sure felt like a long time! I honestly don't know how I did it, I just kept going until he was out!

    I pushed for over 4 hours and I was screaming for a c-section by the middle of it.

    I pushed for 3 hours and I didn't want to give up.  Maybe I'm just stubborn but the time went by fast and had lots of adrenaline left that I was willing to go longer.  My doctor said it was enough and tried the vacuum instead and it worked.

    I pushed for nearly 3 and honestly it felt like 15 minutes at the time.  At least I didn't feel pain because of the epidural.  I did however have the worst heart burn, almost puked and pooped A LOT!

    I pushed for two hours and was totally unprepared for that scenario.  I thought the pushing stage would last 15-30 minutes.   It was exhausting but since there's such a big reward waiting for you, you're obviously very motivated!  I just wish I had had realistic expectations going in...it might not have felt like such an ordeal.
