Prenatal Vitamins

My vitamin makes me feel anxious (could be in my head). It's an over the counter one. I'm trying to conceive. Is it really necessary I take the vitamin?

Yes. Folic Acid is essential for women TTC. Try taking it at night before you go to bed.

It's absolutely necessary to take a prenatal vitamin when TTC. I would try a different brand and see if that helps.

YES!!!!!!!!!!! You should take a prenatal for 3 mths before ttc. It takes that long for the vitamins to buildup in your system. If you can't swallow a vitamin, look for a chewable, but take it.

Yes, you really need to take them. Try switching brands. I've been on Target brand ones for about 9 months and haven't had any side effects.

Yes they are. Maybe try a different brand. I use VitaSmart and I can even take them on an empty stomach and feel fine. I have been taking them for about 6 months now.
