was denied my chocolate covered oreo... vent.

in 1st Trimester

so every 6 months i have to go to a meeting at a clients house and right around the corner is this candy shop that sells chocolate covered oreos which i LOVE. today was that meeting and ive been looking forward to it for weeks, literally, one of the first things i thought of when i woke up this morning was getting my chocolate covered oreo.

so after the meeting i go to the candy shop and on the door is a sign that days "closed for summer, reopens oct 1".  i am soooooo upset, you have no idea, i stood there is disbelief for a few seconds before i walked away....  all i wanted was a chocolate covered oreo. seriously, this ruined my day and is all i can think about.

    oh im going to have to now! it was just a mega letdown because im never in that neighborhood and was sooo looking forward to it.

    Good! If I were you, I'd treat myself to something else I really enjoy to make up for it today.

    hahaha... sorry that I'm laughing at you... but I think that's funny!  BUT... I know how you feel when you are denied a particular craving!  You just can't stop thinking about it!

    Can you make your own? I know that it might be more work but think about how many you could make at one time!

    oh i so dont blame you for laughing, my husband was too... its a laughable situation. and i'd make my own but theyre never as good as the "real thing."

    Wow, that sucks, but now I'm really looking forward to those mint choc covered oreos they sell at Christmas time.  Woohoo, should be soon!
