Even with a body pillow, I wake up several times during the night to switch positions because my hips are so sore. Ugh. Add that to the 2 - 3 times I wake up to pee and that doesn't leave a whole hell of a lot of time for REM sleep. I'm starting yoga this week, maybe that will help. Probably not, but I can dream, can't I?

That has been me the past few nights. It sucks.
I'm sad to hear the body pillow doesn't help--that was going to be my next step.

At 21 weeks I woke up one morning with horrible hip pain and thought to myself "enough is enough". I went out that day and spent the money on a Snoogle .... have been sleeping like a baby since and no hip pain! It worked for me, and I think its worth a shot if it helps you sleep at night.
