PSA: Free Will and Trust Kit through Oct 3 from Suze Orman

Per our conversation a few weeks ago about wills, I just wanted to let you all know that Suze Orman is offering her will and trust kit for free to Oprah magazine readers. Normally it costs $13.50.

1. Go to SuzeOrman.com

2. Click "Will and Trust" on the left-hand menu.

3. Click the "Gift Code" link and enter 898989.

After you do your will, you can print out the documents and get them notarized. If you have an account at Chevy Chase bank, they will do 5 notarizations per day. Other banks may have a similar policy.

Please seek a local attny for this, there are state loopholes this thing does not cover. If you want details that I learned let me know. DH is a Financial Planner and my Brothers former firm does all of that stuff. Got into a LONG conversation with a group of attnys who were just talking about all the mistakes people make. When you move states you need to get it changed because the same laws to not apply.
