Since stopping BF 2 months ago, I was getting concerned I might have a BFP since Aunt Flow didn't pay a visit...so yesterday reluctantly I took a pregnancy test and found out thankfully I had a BFN. We want to wait another year or so before we even consider another baby...
anyhoo, this mornin Aunt Flow showed for the first time in over a year...I took Tylenol and am preparing myself for a long day.
But is the first "visit" after your baby is born really as bad as I hear? Or is it the "normal" aches and pains you usually feel?
Re: Is This Going to Be A Long Day?
It was normal for me. I've always had very regular periods and hardly any cramping though, even after having a baby.
I'm still waiting for AF to show and I'm not BFing this time.
Aunt flow keeps playing tricks on me.. she acts like she is showing up and then thinks again.. AGH! so annoying.. she needs to either come or go..
