SOOO....I just worked 2 12 hour shifts in a row on my feet - and now my butt cheeks underneath are SO chaffed that they burn I think its from all the ahem, moisture downtown but oh my GOODNESS it kills!!
Anyone else experience this? What can I do to help it?
Not to mention I have gained alot of weight and alot is in my bum...so that may have alot to do with it.
Re: Embarrased to Admit but I need HELP!
I was having this issue last month when it was still so hot outside and I was having a lot of moisure issues too. I asked the Dr about using Desitin and he said that would be ok but suggested I try babypowder/cornstarch first to help keep the moisture down.
I agree with PP about the Aloe. Pure aloe is good but most of what you buy in the store has alcohol in it too and will cause some burning in the sensitive areas.

After your skin heals, I would also try "body glide" - it's a product that runners and other athletes use to prevent chafing on feet or thighs or bums. It's found at a sporting goods stores (like ***'s) and looks like a deoderant stick, so it's really easy to apply and use. I use it when I'm wearing skirts when it's hot outside or when I'm working out or playing volleyball.
