for this head and chest cold. I was able to get more sleep last night than I have in a week. I can breath a little better and my chest doesnt hurt as much.

OMG you too! I am having the same head and chest cold! ugh...hoping to feel better next week...used a humidifier last nite and feel a lot better as far as the coughing goes.
