Question about the whole lavender thing

I have a ton lavender wipes that I received at my shower.  I don't know where they came from to exchange them and I would hate to have something so useful go to waste.

I checked the ingredients and it said nothing about actual lavender or lavender oil.  All it said was perfume/fragrance.  The ingredients were mainly super long chemical names.  Does this mean there's no actual lavender in there?

    Great question!

    From what I've learned in my birthing class, it seems as though it's the fragrance that can cause skin irritation. Who knows, it may not cause it on your baby's but it may. So I might want to make sure I have some wipes available for sensitive skin just so your not stuck with what you've got!

    Are they Huggies? There may be an ingredient that says "Lavendula Angustifolia". This is the extract. As far as chemicals go, that's just about standard anymore, which is horrible.

    They're Pampers Lavender Calming wipes.  I re-checked the ingredients and they don't contain lavendula angustifolia or anything even remotely close to the word lavender.

    I'm mainly concerned about the problem it can create in boys.
