On the package, it says take one to two capsules daily - 610 mg. Does anyone take more? Did doctor ok?

I take way more. I take 3 caps 3 times a day. That's the dose the LC told me to take.

I took 2x610mg 3 times a day for a week and it was fine and worked wonderfully. You might end up smelling like maple syrup for a few days... Smile
