Help! Baby rolls over and won't sleep

My 4 month old has discovered rolling from back to tummy and to back again.  Very exciting!  But, now when we put her down to bed she rolls from her back to her tummy and won't roll back.  She won't fall asleep that way either.  So I have to go in and try to flip her to her back again, but by the time I walk back into my bedroom, I look at the video monitor and she's rolled over to her tummy again and is crying.  This now goes on all night long.

I am sure she'll eventually figure out how to sleep on her tummy.  But is there anything I can do to help this along?  How long until she figures it out on her own?  I'm a working mom so the sleepless nights are tough on both DH and me.

    I swaddle legs only and it works to keep my LO from flipping all the way over. She can roll to her side and sometimes she stays there, but that's as far as she ever gets... Worth a shot! :)

    My LO just went through this.  We had to stop swaddling b/c she would roll over on her face and have her arms pinned by her sides.  She would flip everytime we put her down, but she hated being on her tummy and would cry.  After two nights we had her sleep in her car seat for a night just so we could all get a decent night sleep.  Now, she is fine rolling on to her tummy and staying there without crying.  It just took her a few days to get used to it.
