Are Vera Bradley bags getting popular??

Whenever I see a Vera Bradley bag I think of an older person but now all my younger friends have them.  I was talking to one of my friends that have them and she is back in college and she has everyone has them now.  What do you guys think??

    Well I sold a few of mine on ebay for more than what I paid for them.  So I would say yes.  Btw, I am an old lady, lol

    VB was all the rage when I was in college. I loved the luggage and accessory bags. However, I haven't purchased a VB item since the early 2000s.

    I thought they novelty had worn off, but apparently there's been a resurgence. My sister (who's 24) loves the stuff and I'm seeing younger girls everywhere with VB stuff. Who knew?

    I am a Vera Bradley & Coach purse fan- I am 32. I have been a Vera fan for the last 6 years or so.   Vera has really been targeting a younger crowd with her last several lines of bags to get away from that "grandma" image, specifically with the vinyl line that just came out this summer.  They are really cute!  I have seen lots of younger gals with them.  I have also had good luck reselling old ones on Craig's List.  I think it all depends on the bag style & the pattern.  I just got a new one in July & have gotten tons of compliments on it from all age groups!

    I've noticed a lot of my "Mom" friends getting Vera bags recently, but I personally think that they are fugly.

    In CT they are everywhere.  I have seen 15 year olds on up through 65 year olds carrying them.

    I thought they had a resurgence a few years back...I never see them here in CO...but my 60yr old MIL in Virginia loves them.  LOL!

    They were way popular here in Boston back about 10 years ago when I was 25... all my friends had them. I guess the popularity has made its way down to the college/high school set, kind of like Coach bags and designer jeans.

    They are totally Mamaw to me....but that's just personal taste.  Vera Bradley has a house here in Seaside (where we're currently vacationing) so they're all over the place.  And in the South, where I live, they sell them in all the boutiques.  The young girls buy them but that doesn't make them any less Mamaw to me.  Just NMS whatsoever.

    I am seriously contemplating having another baby so I can get the Vera Bradley diaper bag I saw last weekend.  It is black, with zebra print on the inside and a zebra print changing pad.  I love it!
