Ok, I know a lot of women on here have had problems with target and their baby registry. I was hoping not to be one of them, but unfortunately, I am.
We went last Wednesday to register and the lady told me that it would take up to 24 hours for it to appear online, well its 3 days later and its still not showing up.
My question is to the ladies that have had similar problems with target, do I go back to the store we registered at and complain, do I call someone or is there something else I can do?
What got it fixed the fastest for you? (My shower is Oct 18, and the invites are being sent out Monday)
Re: Ugh! Target Registry!
Beware though - items online are often not available in the store. I had a lot of guest think they'd just run to target the day before, and found that they had really slim pickings.
No advice though. I just hate target.
I used target for my registry as well. i recommend registering online it shows up instantly and you get emails updates if you want. Than you can go into a local store with the machine and add items to the list. Those items will be available in every store as long as they are not clearance items and speciality items. Than you can add certain items online as well and it will tell you if they are available only online or if both in the store and online.

Ok, so I guess I'll wait until monday to unleash b!tchzilla upon the world of Target. Today would not be a good day to call and get some new person that has no clue what I'm talking about...
Thank you ladies for the input!
I registered online and made sure the products were available in store. We haven't had any problems.
Even when I went to return duplicates or things we didn't need, I added them to the registry (online) because some things didn't have receipts. All went smoothly.
I have had multiple items show up as 'no longer vailable' and when I went to the store 'voila' there they are. But they don't show up online. This happened with my Diaper genie and other things.
I also have a horrendous time figuring out how to edit online.
