Best Baby Carrier for Dad?

Hi Ladies....jumping over from 3rd Tri to ask your opinion. What, in your experience, baby carriers work best for Dad? I know DH kind of liked the Baby Bjorn with SD approx. 7 years ago, but felt like the leg holes cut off her circulation. He's not really into my Moby wrap, and I'd love some thoughts or suggestions.

My DH uses the Bjorn.

My dh prefers the Moby over the Bjorn. The Moby is much more comfortable. We are planing on getting an Ergo or a Beco carrier.

We have a Beco, but MH hasn't tried it yet. He says it is too complicated. I think once I show him how to use he will like it. I got one of the few non-girly prints, and it is really comfortable. Everyone raves about Ergo's too.
