I'm posting here, because I think most of the 5+ monthers have already jumped ship from 0-6. Ever since we worked on getting DD to an earlier bed time, now she wakes up every 2-3 hours during the night. Before she wouldn't go to sleep till 11 or midnight, but she'd sleep through till 5 or 6 am. Now she goes down before nine, but gets up, and she wants to eat! I've tried just patting her, or rocking her and putting her back down, but she'll stay silent at most for 10 minutes then she's kicking and crying again till she's on the boob.
A little background, she naps 2-3 times a day, her last nap is no later than 5 pm. I always start the bedtime routine at 7:30, but some nights it takes me 45 minutes to get her nursed and asleep, some nights it will take 3 hours. She's always up for the day by 8. Drowsy but awake has never worked for us, and I'm not a fan of CIO. She won't take a paci. She has to be held and rocked to sleep.
I feel like I have a newborn all over again. Any ideas?
