Help me with a daycare decision (clicky poll)

DS is starting daycare full time on 10/12.  He will spend a full week in daycare and then the following week will spend Weds-Friday with my parents who will be in town.  Then the following Monday his other Grandma wants to come watch him.    I'm conflicted about it though.  I don't know if  this will mess with his adjustment to daycare....or if he's too young to be affected by that?  Normally prefer DS to be with family rather than daycare....

    Could he do the morning at daycare and have grandma pick him up at lunch, thereby keeping some routine??

    Yes, actually I think I'll have him go for a few hours in the am 'cause Grandma has to drive in from 1.5 hours away!
