Do you use the nose plunger on a 4 month old?

or was that just for when they are newborns? My DS seems to have a cold and I was thinking of using it.?

You use it until a child can blow their nose when you say, "blow," and hold a tissue for them.

Of course. You're never going to hurt a child by using it. The teacher of my childbirth class said she used them on her kids until they were in school.
