  Mom to 2 beautiful girls, 3 yrs and 22 months old. My 2nd was born at 32 weeks due to Rhogam failure/severe complications from Rh disease and is our miracle. She has bilateral auditory neuropathy and a cochlear implant, activated 4/5/2012 at 19 months.

  Is it cold in teh bathroom when you take her out of the bath? Are you bathing her too late?  Sorry I can't htink of anything else.

  I think it's a combo of tired, hungry (we give a bottle right after bath), and a tad cold (even though the room is warm and he's in a towel. He cries for changing too... I figure he'll grow out of it eventually

  Almost every diaper change results in much drama.  I'm not sure what gives but he can be super happy and not tired but the second you flip him over to change him - you'd think he was being stuck with hot pokers!

  grant brings the major dramz when being changed these days.  tonight he was screamingggggggggggg at the top of his lungs saying 'mama ma maaa" lolol

  We have the same problem and I think it is because he is just tired.  He's usually squirmy all other times of the day when we change him, but at night he is very cranky.

  DS is the same way. I have to put in a LOT of effort to keep him smiling and happy while I get him in his bedtime clothes. I've found a couple faces, songs and funny sounds that sound a little like rap beats that keep him happy for the most part, but he still gives me hell for putting the onsie over his head lol. Sometimes I even stop in the middle of changing him every 30 secs or so to do a little dance jig for him.

  I used to try to do it as quickly as I could, but I found that he was actually happier if I took a little longer and focused on doing things throughout it that kept him happy.

  Yes - now we give her a bath toy that she loves (big turquoise turtle) and she's been happier.

  Same w/ diaper changing - we have a "beep beep" toy that sits over her changing table downstairs to distract as much as humanly possible (picture mucho lights and sounds, etc)...
