Update: My Doctor (Small Vent)

For those of you who know...I emailed my doctor last week and never got a response regarding my second anovulatory cycle (currently occurring).  So, I called and scheduled an appointment with another OBGYN.  The nurse I talked to encouraged it as she said my doctor was an "On Call" or a "Same Day" Doctor and is only working at the hospital part-time!!!  If my Dr. knew this and knew she wouldn't be able to follow or track me because she's not always there, why in the world didn't she tell me??!!

So good news is I'm going to see a new Dr. who I am hoping will be more proactive in trying to find a reason for the anovulation and test me for PCOS. 

Bad news is the appointment isn't until Oct. 16th!!! (I will be on like CD 57 by then) Ugh.  So irritated, but hopeful. Angry

    Frustrating! Would you consider a new practice? When I had to fire my doctor, I called a bunch of places and found someone who could get me in that day.

    Good luck, I know how frustrating long cycles and trying to find answers can be!!  At least PCOS would be an answer...and it's very treatable!  Hang in there, and be sure to let us know how that appt goes in a few weeks!!

    Same med protocol as last time, but heparin continued until delivery.
