What is the best thing for it? any suggestions? it just looks like dandruff on his poor little head....

I have heard Cetaphil also works. They say to put it on at the beginning of the bath and rinse it out before the bath is done.

Try Mustela Newborn Shampoo...it is a pump bottle, about ten bucks, and you can get it at Babies R Us. It lasts forever and smells fantastic. DS#1 had terrible cradle cap and it completely took care of it within a day or two. We only use this on DS#2 now:) Hope this helps!
