    It is getting worse.

    I hate it, because I have an awesome job...but I cannot stand him.  It is a huge morale killer.

    I am counting down the days until July when I resign for doctorate school.  I've never wanted to leave a job so badly before, but it doesn't make sense for me to do that when I know I am leaving.

    I've just got a mental countdown going.
