Lets hear em ladies. Feel free to vent about DH. I have 2 things to share

#1 We put Cora to sleep which sometimes takes a while and DH is upstairs on the phone talking loudly to a friend as he's trying to fix the computer. I was about to strangle him. He knows how hard it is to get C to sleep and to stay asleep.

#2 Dh thinks that you can rock C to sleep in like 3 min and the minute she closes her eyes, she's fast asleep and ready for the crib. It drives me nuts because he knows how easily she wakes up. AAAHHH!

    * DH will do the dishes, feed the dogs and then turn up the tv while I'm putting M to sleep. He'll also knock into her toys and make them light up, sing, dance, etc.  

    * He gave her a bath once. Yes once in 12 months. And the one time he did she stood up, he wasn't paying attention & she fell out of her tub into the big tub & hit her head.

    This so sums up how my DH thinks that I have to laugh:

    Me (at 2pm) "Say, what shall we do for dinner tonight?"

    Mr. Skat: "I don't know. I'm not really hungry." 

     Uh, I wasn't suggesting we eat dinner NOW. But hellllooo..someone has to think about what because we have NOTHING in the house.

    Avery had a major pooplosion and had poop EVERYWHERE! DH wanted to hold her by her ankles so that I could clean her up! WTH??!!  After I told him that dangling a newborn by the ankles was not ok, he gave up and left me on my own!

    I asked him to get me a diaper from the nursery at like 4 a.m. while I was feeding DD in our bedroom. He whined and said, "you get to sleep in, I have to go to work later" (I said, "Excuse me?! I hardly think that getting up at 4 a.m. is considered sleeping in! Plus, it was the second time I had gotten up to nurse DD.") Plus, because business has been slow, he has been reduced to 3 hours a day, and he complains that there is nothing to do but sit around with his thumb up his butt.

     

    He also thinks that he can rock DD to sleep in 3 minutes as well, and then complains that she doesn't stay asleep. Hello!!!!
